Each Kuota bicycle frame purchased after January 1, 2004 is warrantied by Kuota Int’l against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the frame is owned by the original owner, excluding paint and decals which are warrantied for one year. (Kuota bicycle frames purchased before this date came with a Three-year warranty). This warranty covers all Kuota bicycle frame models and is expressly limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective frame. No other remedies are available under the warranty. The decision to repair and replace the frame is at the sole discretion of Kuota.

Kuota does not warrant against damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for use with or compatible with the frame or bicycle purchased.

Kuota does not warrant against damage or failure of Kuota bicycle frames caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Any modification of the frame or its components shall void this warranty.

All claims under this warranty must be made through authorized Kuota retailers. Claims will be processed only after claimant provides proof of purchase to Kuota.

The warranty applies only for Kuota products purchased at authorized Kuota dealers. Kuota products purchased through any channel other than an authorized Kuota dealer are not covered by the Kuota warranty. This is your assurance of original Kuota quality. Kuota bicycles purchased on EBay automatically lose all warranty coverage from Kuota Int’l.

Subject to the laws of your jurisdiction which prevail where applicable over the terms of this warranty, Kuota shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages suffered. This warranty does not cover labor charges for parts changeovers.
