2. How do I determine which size is best for me?
There are several vital measurements in determining proper bike size and fit:
Inseam. Barefooted, place a book between your legs as high as you can comfortably make it, then take the measurement in cm and inches from the floor to the top of the book.
Arm length. Hold a pencil with a clinched fist and measure from the center of your shoulder bone to the pencil. Additionally, do the same for the other arm, then average the two lengths.
Trunk. Measure from the top of the book (from inseam measurement) to the point between where your two collar bones meet, at the bottom of your trachea.
Once these measurements are determined, please see www.kuota.it for size management.

3. What is the significance of internal cable routing?
Most of our frames now have internally routed cables for aerodynamic benefits and esthetics. In addition, they are a mechanic's dream to work on, as no catheters are needed when cabling up our bikes.

4. How do I choose which kind of seatpost I need?
Kuota has two different types of seat posts:
Setback: for endurance and comfort for those longer traning sessions, or a more comfortable ride in general.
Straight: for power and speed. This will allow you to acheive a more agressive position by steepening the seat tube geometry of the bike, which allows you engage your more powerful leg muscles.
